Five on Friday:  What's in My Netflix Queue?

Happy Friday, friends!   I thought this week I'd keep things fun and share what's currently on my Netflix "playlist!"  I tend to gravitate more towards re-watching shows that used to be on tv rather than new stuff, but I do watch a couple of the Netflix original series and occasionally some of the newer shows that have gone from tv to Netflix when the season is over.  Side note:  We don't have cable--just Netflix and Amazon Prime (even though I never watch anything on Prime).   Without further ado, here's what's in my lineup:
1: Bates Motel.   Oh gosh, this is a good one!  Full of suspense and mystery.  The guy who plays Norman is just the right amount of creepy and the storylines keep you waiting for more!   The only downside is that there are only 10 episodes in a season and they only have the current seasons once a year, if that makes any sense at all.   I'm sad that this will be the last season for it!  :(
2: The Office.   love this show and I'm so sad that it's not on anymore!   I always think it's hilarious , but I do think you need the right sense of humor to enjoy it. I like the way it's presented like a documentary and I think all of the characters are so funny!   I'm pretty sure all of the seasons are on Netflix by now.
3: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.  This is one from the Netflix Original Series, and I think it's such a fun show.   It's great that Ellie Kemper, who plays Kimmy, also played Erin in The Office!  {see above}.  Can we consider that a spinoff?  Yeah, probably not.  If you're looking for just an upbeat kind of show to entertain you, then I'd highly recommend this one!
4: Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.  I'm not sure if you'd consider this a spinoff or continuation of Gilmore Girls, but either way, I'd say it's pretty good!  At first some of the jokes and typical Lorelei/Rory banter seemed a little forced, but they soon got their groove and it was funny again.  I've watched 3 of the 4 episodes so far and just have fall left.  I'm dying to watch it, but will I be terribly sad when it's over?   Spoiler alert:  I already know what happens at the end.   You should totally check out Gilmore Girls--both the original series and the Netflix episodes.
5:  Frasier.   Oh man, what a classic!   My husband and I recently started watching this one again--I hadn't seen it in a longggg time!  I used to watch it a lot when I was younger, even though there were a lot of reruns of it on tv.  I love the sense of humor on this show!   I had a goal at one point to watch all the episodes of Cheers and then all the episodes of Frasier, but that definitely hasn't happened yet!
I had a few others that I wanted to put on my list, but I guess I hadn't watched them recently enough, because I just read that Netflix doesn't have an agreement with some channels anymore?  I'm not sure.  Anyways, if you all have any good shows to recommend, send them my way!
Until next time,

This week I'm linking up with ChristinaApril, and Natasha
